In this article, I will show you how to choose a top according to Project 333 rules. If you want to learn more about the process of building a summer capsule wardrobe, check this episode in which I focus on how to choose a top.
If you follow Project 333, you can choose 33 pieces of clothing for 3 months which is quite a lot when you think about it. And those 33 pieces don’t include gym wear, underwear, socks, or the clothes that you wear at home.
What is a capsule wardrobe? It is a collection of essential items of clothing that are interchangeable, timeless, and functional.
When you build a capsule wardrobe think about the location- where you live, what is the weather like, and based on this, look for appropriate materials that are sustainable. I am in favor of natural materials such as organic cotton, linen, hemp, and innovative materials such as Tencel or Pinatex, for example.
In this video, I feature the following sustainable Swiss fashion brands: http://www.atelier-laurepaschoud.ch/ https://www.apesigned.com/ https://mi-ci.ch/ https://www.avani.ch/
