How do you feel about fitness trackers such as Fitbit?
Fitbit fitness tracker has been on my radar for some time, but I just was not 100% sure it was the right thing for me. What if I start feeling down when I find out that I am nowhere near 10,000 steps that we should all make in a day? But that was before I started to go to the gym (during my Instagram break).
Last week I decided to give Fitbit a try and to my surprise, I make even more steps per day during the week (weekend is another story since we use the car and not public transport) and I love this gadget. If you use public transportation, get up from your desk regularly, and walk a bit during your lunch break, you might be making 10,000 steps without even knowing it.
So how do you feel about Fitbit? Do you use any other fitness tracker to monitor your physical activity?
