What does camping in style mean? Comfort. Aka electricity, solid pine bed with a mattress, pillow and duvet, wifi, warm(!) shower, carpet and a rug. That is camping 2018 style at Paléo festival. And so-called “luxpads” at Pal’Asse campsite would seduce even Alex and I. It can be a lot of fun to experience the festival from a new perspective. Do you feel more at home in your own camper van? Book a pitch in the dedicated camper-van area! And if you prefer to set up your own tent, you can do it for free at festival’s campsite. Finding the right option that works for you couldn’t be easier.
Can you believe that there is also a massage and wellness area at the campsite?
You can also bring your van, and for a small fee, make Paléo at home away from home. someone as anti-camping oriented like me. As much as I love music, it’s not what makes Paléo Festival special. It’s the atmosphere, people, and the friendly energy and surrounds the whole space.
Some people mentioned that it became too big or loud for them. I guess it depends on what you like. With forty thousand visitors per day, you do need more space to accommodate them. And isn’t it a good sign that more people want to attend than twenty years ago? Life is about growth, not stagnation. And as Daniel Rossellat, founder of Paléo Festival says in the episode below, it’s about people and music in the first place.
Before you go, I would love to hear from you. Have you ever been camping? Would you try Paléo’s comfort camping options? And if not, why?
