I hate driving in cars. I think I tried every method under the sun to deal with it. It got so bad at one point, that I couldn’t even do my driving license. I had anxiety attacks every time I sat in a car. Highways got the worst out of me: I became irrational, irritated and covered in sweat. All I could “see” was that we were going to have an accident and die. There were several scenarios running through my head and I could spend the whole journey “indulging” in them. Some of them were gory… I’ll spare you the details.
It was bad.
When David and I decided to make another video, I wanted to talk about tapping/ emotional freedom technique because I was desperate. After the first tapping session (off camera), my fear disappeared for two weeks. Our second session took place one month later and I have not felt any anxiety anymore. I can sit in a car without feeling sick, trapped and desperate. I feel free.
And I want to share my experience with you so that you can live happier and fulfilled lives as well.
