Do you also get a shopping fever before you go on holiday?
Before we left, I looked for summer fashion and style ideas for kids. When we are in Costa Rica, we have to up our game a bit. Everyone is always stylish, even children. Europe is much more “relaxed” when it comes to fashion and style for kids. I don’t want to force Chloe-Sofia to wear dresses all the time but it is a bit tiring when people keep asking if she is a boy or a girl.
I found some pretty clothes and accessories at different places but there are two pieces that I love the most. Both are from forK, Swiss kids store that offers fashionable and stylish clothes for children.
This ruffle sleeve dress with a beautiful flower print made everyone swoon. It is made of light cotton and easy to take care of. You can wash it 40 degrees Celsius and it dries up quickly.
And then there is this full-body swimsuit. It is made of UPF50+ fabric, has a beautiful print and comes with a matching hat. Chloe-Sofia is in a phase where she does not want to wear hats and always takes them off before we could snap a photo. It makes me feel bad when I see her playing in the sun with her head uncovered but I really don’t know how to make her wear hats. Any tips and ideas that you can share?
Right now, forK is only in the Swiss-German part (Zurich, Zug and Lucern) but I hope they will venture to Geneva soon. They offer fashionable and stylish clothes for boys and girls from 0-16 years of age.
What is your favorite kids store? Do you prefer going to stores and choosing your clothes there or shopping online? Why?
