“Forêt Bleue” Swiss Natural Cosmetics
I discovered Forêt Bleue before Christmas last year and became a huge fan of their natural cosmetics. It is handmade in Geneva with respect to the environment. I love the clean and sleek packaging, and it is affordable which makes it a perfect alternative to big “natural” brands. It is amazing as even a young student can afford to use and support an ethical, Swiss brand.
Calendula Oil Makeup Remover
It is recommended to massage few drops into your skin and wash it off with warm water. It is a question of habit but I personally prefer dabbing it on a humid cotton pad and clean my complexion in circling movements. It will take off even the most stubborn makeup.
CAOLAN Almond Body Oil
My skin is very dry in winter and this body oil is a savior. I normally use a cold-pressed coconut oil but this Almond Body Oil is much better. It soaks in quickly and leaves your skin soft and nourished without that sticky feeling that you get with conventional body oils. I recommend applying it right after taking bath or shower. Pat dry your skin and let it soak in.
Apricot Shower Gel
Here I would recommend reading instructions carefully. When you use too much, your skin will feel oily. A coin-size amount of this shower gel is enough and it leaves your skin clean and soft.
Have I mentioned that its soft scent is addictive?
Diaper Change Lotion “Liniment”
A gentle alternative to conventional cleaning wipes, “liniment” should have its place on every diaper changing table. I prefer using liniment to cleaning wipes because it is more delicate. It cleans and moisturizes the skin at the same time. Made of an olive and macerated Calendula oil, it is odorless and has a creamy consistency.
You can even use it as a body oil.
