Last April, Alex and I visited Afrodyssée – African Trends Market. It is an event that aims to put forward African creativity in the fields of fashion, design, and craftsmanship. Its programme includes a photography exhibit, African gastronomy, workshops, and conferences.
As its 4th edition takes place on 12 May 2018 in Geneva, I decided to interview Valerie Helfer – Kessou Wanda, a communication, PR & Sponsoring manager about it. And it is worth to mention that the TALKs session will be created in an exclusive partnership with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
If you happen to be in Geneva tonight and want to learn more about Afrodyssée and its next edition, visit their after-work event at Salle Athénée 4. It starts at 6 PM with the big reveal of 2018 key visual (19h30) which was created in collaboration with the talented artist Tania Grace Knuckey. And a capsule fashion show showcasing the brand Bazara’Pagne (Paris/Togo) will follow at 20h30.
