And today we will talk about that with Klara Burgess, a Yin Yoga teacher living in Prague.

I have known Klara for more than twenty years. When I was at University, she packed her bags and went to study dance anthropology in London and New York. She then started practicing Yin Yoga and traveled around the world. Once she became a Yin Yoga teacher, she returned to the Czech Republic to open the first Yin Yoga studio in Prague called Zen Garden.

    I haven’t got into yoga yet but my friend always recommended it to me. She told me it made her more happier and flexible, emphasis on flexible. So maybe I’ll check it out! Also, Klara seems like a wonderful lady! <3

    I’ve never tried Yin Yoga! This is actually a good reminder to me to get back into the yoga I was doing in pregnancy. I really need a little more guidance from the physio about what exercises I can do as I have some abdominal issues post-baby which means I need to be careful what I try!

    I have honestly never tried yin yoga! I practiced Hatha yoga for years and really enjoyed it and felt it made difference in my life. I really need to get back to practicing yoga. And wonderful interview, Miri! You’re a really great interviewer!
