I have been into skirts a lot lately. They are more comfortable than pants and you can dress them up easily. Especially in winter. All you need is a good pair of stockings to face the cold.

While in winter I prefer wearing thicker stockings (60-100 DEN), in spring I look for stockings that are much lighter. And as I spend most of my day on my feet- walking to the train station, walking from the train stop to the office, walking from one office to another, etc. You can imagine that I am quite tired at the end of the day. My legs feel heavy, bloated and feet hurt. When I was pregnant, I used to wear special compression stockings which helped me a lot. But they are really thick and I can’t imagine wearing them on a daily basis.

When temperature rises, I prefer Scholl Light Legs stockings. I wear 20DEN which is perfect for spring.  They provide graduate compression that boost circulation along the whole leg. At the end of the day, when I am on my way to pick up Chloe-Sofia from daycare, my legs feel light. They are not achy anymore. And another positive aspect- they are below 20CHF (20USD).
