OUTFIT:
Atelier Laure Paschoud blue and white wrap dress, H&M long-sleeved t-shirt (great alternative), Mango culotte pants (love these affordable ones as well), Gabor moccasins (similar style, luxe version), Ray-Ban sunglasses, plastic-coil hair-tie and Fendi handbag (beautiful leather alternatives here and here).

This blue and white wrap dress is a piece that I have been eyeing for two years. Can you believe that? We shot it in 2014 for the first time and I could not get it out of my mind since. I finally decided to get it when I found out that Laure (designer who made it) was moving to Japan. Knowing that I may never get the dress after she leaves, I called her up and made my order.
There is something elegant and feminine about a wrap dress, don’t you think? It makes you wonder how come it holds on so well, doesn’t show too much and looks so seductive. It is the best choice if you want to make an impact. Especially on your first date.
This is an outfit that I wore to work the other day. As the dress has a back slit, I wore culottes underneath. It is very practical, elegant and still formal. Of course, I don’t work in a bank. If I did, I would have to definitely rethink my sartorial choices.
If you wonder what type of bracelet I am wearing, let me tell you that it is not a bracelet at all. It is a plastic-coil hair-tie. And the sunglasses are Surekha’s. I like that they brought an edge to the whole look.
