The second Advent weekend is upon us. What are my favorite links? I like reading articles that make me feel better and relax after a long day at work. I also like to browse through recipes not because I love to cook and bake but because I love food photos. I admit that I am not a perfect wife but I married a perfect husband who loves to cook. Not to mention that my cooking skills include soups and salads. Anything else and it is either not seasoned enough or overcooked. Anyway, I love how this Christmas cake looks. What do you think?
Another link that is very relevant to me right now is prenatal yoga and exercise. I try to exercise twice a week at home. I also stretch throughout the day which helps to ease constant headaches and neck pain and I go to osteopath once a month to keep my back in check. I believe that if you keep your exercise routine, you will easily bounce back to your pre-pregnant body. One of the exercise routines that I want to try this weekend is from the famous A-list trainer Tracy Anderson. It looks really good and quite easy….we’ll see what I’ll tell you next week.
I also decided to share with you this Advent calendar. You don’t have to follow raw or vegan diet to like it. I like that it is very positive and uplifting and every day you receive either “food for thought” or a recipe for a healthy dish into your mailbox.
