What is an ideal body type? Everyone has a different idea. One thing is sure though, it has changed over time and differs from one culture to another. Do you prefer skinny type body or fuller body types? Big breasts or small? Do you think that current idea of beauty is realistic? I read somewhere that less than 5% of American population is born with “model” genes and most models weight 8% less than an average American woman.
In other words, most of us will never be as skinny, as tall and have high cheekbones like current top models. What we don’t realize is that by comparing ourselves to an unrealistic ideal, we unconsciously hate our bodies. We believe that we are not good enough the way we are and that in order to be loved, we need to change.
I am wearing COS t-shirt(found on sale), H&M denim mini-skirt, Repeat Cashmere cardigan, Vans sneakers and vintage Chanel bag.

I like reading fashion magazines but I am much older than 15-year-old that reads the images differently. That is the good thing about being over 30. You are more critical about the information that is served to you by current media and you can read between the lines. You can also make your opinion and know your inner value. I hope that one day we will all realize that being different makes each and every one of us beautiful. We should celebrate our different body types, hair, complexions and ideas. What do you think?
I found this video in Facebook the other day. What you think about it?
