LWD= little white dress is one of the essentials of my closet. I like wearing white dresses as they exude an aura of cleanness. I like wearing white in summer as it reflects sunlight and you don’t feel as hot as in black. This dress is from a new collection of another Swiss designer, Tamara Perez, that I discovered not so long ago. I was impressed by its fit and structure. I usually have problems with dresses being too large around chest and hips but this one fit like a glove. I really like that the boxy cut of its upper part which allows a lot of space and freedom to move and breathe. My issue with body hugging dresses is that often feel that I am going to suffocate so having space to breathe is big positive.
How do you feel about this dress? For which occasion (besides your wedding) would you wear a white dress?
I decided to match the dress with my new favorite clutch from Son Noguera, a brand that I discovered at a fashion event in Geneva. I fell in love with their rollable clutches that minimalist, sleek and elegant. They are handmade in Majorca, dyed with natural pigmento and fastened with a leather belt. I can’t get enough of mine- I wear it to dinners and brunches, and now I am even thinking of getting another one in black and white for the winter season.
