I am wearing: COS t-shirt, pants from Carolle, Greenpacha hat and Parcel & Journey sneakers all via My Maracujá.

Look at them! Aren’t these sneakers cool? I paired them with green pants, striped t-shirt and my favorite Panama hat. I find that hat is the best accessory for summer (besides sunglasses). It uplifts your outfit, protects against sunburn and hides messy hair!
The hat and the sneakers come from my new favorite online store- My Maracujá that offers affordable ethical fashion and accessories. I try to support local brands and ethical fashion any way I can. From time to time, I also shop at high-street stores but not as often as I used to. I am trying to be more conscious as a consumer so my wardrobe is a mix of guilty pleasures and pieces that make me feel better about my choices.
Lately, I started shopping at vintage stores a lot. I am lucky that there are so many of them in Geneva. Some of them specialize in designer clothes and accessories and to be honest, it makes me feel much more comfortable to buy a designer bag for a fraction of its price. I always go for those that are timeless and in perfect state. They are still expensive but if you want, you can save for it. And in a way, I feel that buying vintage is a bit like recycling.
What are your shopping habits? Do you like vintage, ethical fashion brands or high-street fashion?
