Just a quick hi to wish you a great Wednesday! I came back to work and it has been super busy. It is only a mid-week and I feel so tired. On the other hand, busy periods force me to be more conscious. It is easy to meditate and feel Zen when everything is peaceful and quiet. When everything goes fine, I forget about my daily practice.
When I am under pressure, I have to consciously stop and breath to release the funny feeling in my stomach. I have to concentrate on how I feel at the given moment. It is as if I was on “autopilot”- I just do what is in front of me. In the worst times, I keep repeating words of my beloved teacher Eckhart Tolle: This too shall pass….And it does, always.
