Happy Monday, everyone!
Thank you for all your lovely comments. I appreciate that you take the time to share with me your thoughts.
How did you spend your last Advent weekend? For us, Saturday night was all about Puccini. We went to a concert filled with favorite arias from La Bohème, Don Giovanni and Madame Butterfly. It was the first time in several years that I really enjoyed opera. Maybe it has something to do with age. I heard that you have to grow into it. I guess, I am finally there.
The weather was exceptionally beautiful so we went to the Lake Geneva to take these pictures. I wanted to create a simple look to keep attention on the statement belt. I like its originality- the magnetic closure and that it is made of vegetable tanned leather and organic salmon skin. The knots bring back memories from my childhood. I still remember the time when I went to summer camps and learned to tie sailing knots…
