When and where did you start your brand ?
I established my brand “Pascale Cornu” in Lausanne in 2012.
Describe your brand in three words.
Contemporary, creative and expressive.
What makes your designs different from the others?
I’m trying not to follow a trend but to do what I really like – that makes the outcome more personal.
What materials do you work with and why?
My priority is to use “noble” fabrics like wool, cotton and linen as much as possible.
Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
Artists and artisans– they are passionate and they are never boring.
Which famous designer would you like to meet in person and why?
Elsa Schiaparelli – she would share with us a lot of surprising stories.
Where do you see your brand in 5 years?
At the same place as it is now… Maybe in boutiques all around Europe.
Where do you like to shop?
In cities like Paris, New York or Copenhagen where you can find small boutiques with new designs.
