Hello everyone!
I hope you are all having a great week so far. I have a great news to share- the sun has come back to Geneva and with it its warm, summer nights! I am beyond happy as the last few weeks were full of rain, cold and even more rain. So you can understand how much I appreciate such simple facts like being able to sit outside until 9pm and soak up the sun.
We went for a stroll around the lake and ended up at our favorite terrace bar Les Voiles. It is an open-air bar/ restaurant with life DJ performance all day and night. It is one of the most popular summer spots in Geneva as it is open only during summer months and it is nested on the lakeshore between Geneva´s largest beach and the Yacht Club. It was the first time that I went there during the daytime and I must say that it is much cooler during the light of day.
