Today we will talk about losing weight, meditation, mindfulness and much more with Ellen Kocher, founder of Whealthness. Ellen is a certified health coach, who works with individuals and with groups. She coaches in physical activities, sleep, and mindfulness. I like her holistic approach and that she focuses on the whole well-being instead of only one issue.
