I planned to start podcasting last year but did not have the courage. Then a friend of mine introduced me to Melissa Ambrosini and I signed up to her Business Bootcamp which is something amazing and if you are planning to turn your passion into business you should definitely check her out. She recommends a book called The War of Art, which was another kick in a butt and made me realize that I should stop resisting, download the right software, learn how to use it and start recording.

In this podcast, I would like to share a short meditation that will help you relax when you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed. It takes two-three minutes of your time and you can do it anywhere you are.

And how does it work?

First, straighten up.

Concentrate on your nose and take a deep breath. Breath out slowly and take another deep breath. And breathe out. Imagine that you are inhaling rays of the sun. You can feel their warmth. They are restoring your peace and tranquillity. When you exhale, dark clouds are coming out. It is the negative energy and the heaviness connected with it. If you can, exhale by your mouth.

At one point you will start feeling your muscles relaxing. I can always feel my neck muscles relax first. I suffer from migraines and neck aches so that makes sense. When I am facing someone who is nervous or angry, I feel sick from my stomach. In such situation, it is my stomach that relaxes first.  Find the part of your body that is tense and concentrate on it. 

Continue breathing in and out deeply. Golden, warm and healing rays are coming in, dark clouds are coming out.

Let the tension and stress go away.

You can do it as long as you feel necessary. And when you are ready to finish, take in one last deep breath. Let the negative energy leave when you breathe out. How do you feel?

Dans ce podcast, je voudrais partager un moyen simple de se détendre lorsque vous vous sentez dépassé ou stressé. Il vous faut deux à trois minutes de votre temps et vous pouvez le faire partout.

Comment ça fonctionne?

Tout d’abord, redressez-vous.

Concentrez-vous sur votre nez et respirez profondément. Respirez doucement et profondément puis expirez. Imaginez que vous inhalez les rayons du soleil. Vous pouvez sentir leur chaleur. Ils vous apportent une paix et une tranquillité. Lorsque vous expirez, des nuages sombres apparaissent. C’est l’énergie négative et la lourdeur liée à elle.

À un moment donné, vous commencerez à ressentir vos muscles relâchés. En général, je sens les muscles du cou se détendre d’abord. C’est là que je concentre mon stress et la raison pour laquelle je souffre des migraines et des maux de cou. Trouvez la partie de votre corps qui est tendue et concentrez-vous dessus pendant que vous respirez profondément.

Laissez la tension et le stress disparaître.

Vous pouvez le faire aussi longtemps que vous le jugez nécessaire.

Lorsque vous arrivez au terme, prenez une dernière respiration profonde et expirez. Comment vous sentez-vous?
