feminine plurielles Iris Dressiris velvet feminine plurielles dressI am so happy that we will spend this Christmas at my parent’s. In fact, it will be at my sister’s house but as we will be in Prague, I always feel obliged to say “at my parents’ ” so that they don’t feel excluded. My sister likes to conform to traditions and we all have to dress formal for Christmas dinner. I have been looking around for something special for Chloe-Sofia (that is how it is when you have a baby, you don’t analyze your outfits anymore, you focus on your baby instead). I searched in stores as well as online but I did not like anything that I would really like. And than we did a shooting with Feminin Plurielles and I fell in love with this dark blue velvet Iris dress. Chloe-Sofia looks super cute and I can already hear her grandmothers oohing and aahing in unison.

It will be our first Christmas with both families (Ramp and Koci family) together. I am going to Prague on Friday and Alex will join us with his mom next Tuesday. We always stay in Hotel Panorama in the city center. I like that they are efficient, the hotel is modern and it has a spa. We tried several hotels in Prague but always came back to Panorama. Even though this is only a 4-star hotel, it is much better than some 5-star hotels in Prague.

It will be a busy week as my sister’s son will celebrate his 1st birthday on 21 December and my sister organized a huge party. On 23 December we will  spend most of the day at my parent’s house. My mom will cook a duck  with traditional Czech dumplings and sauerkraut. She has a special recipe according to which you bake it on low temperature for 11 hours! She does it overnight. What is amazing, besides the baking time, is that she is  vegetarian and her duck is the best!

What are you up to for Christmas? Are you celebrate it on 24 or 25 December? For us it is the Christmas Eve that is the most important. We exchange gifts, eat a lot, sing carols and reminisce about the past.

Thank you for stopping by and have a lovely Wednesday! feminine plurielles Iris Dressiris-dress-lindt-chocolate-5iris velvet dress seraphine feminine plurielles Iris Dressvelvet baby dress / Iris dress Seraphine feminine plurielles/ velvet Iris dress

Chloe-Sofia is wearing Iris dress and Katy bodysuit from Feminin Plurielles  and H&M tights (love these cute tights in pink). The photos with gold armchair were shot in Dôme – Interior Design, Chemin du Triangle 5, 1295 Mies, Switzerland.
