Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you had a great weekend and feel relaxed and ready to face the new week.
We had a restful weekend- we went to our friends’ house for brunch on Sunday (I am sure you saw the cute kitten video on my Instagram) and on Saturday, I finally saw my hairdresser and had my hair straightened. For straightening, my hairdresser uses Brazilian keratin. My hair is fine, dry and tend to break and keratin treatment makes it stronger. To create a fuller look, I often wear clip-in hair extensions. My hairdresser has her own method, which does not include any glue or braids. It is very fast and easy to put them on and take them off.
Lately, thanks to Instagram, I fell in love with natural, curly hair. I found so many nice looks under #naturalista, that I decided to keep my hair more natural. After the keratin treatment, my hairdresser used a hair diffuser instead of an iron and my hair remained wavy. I really like it. She cut it a bit more than I expected but I am really happy with the result. This week we will add shorter extensions and I am really curious to see if I get used to it. I always wore my hair long and straight so it is a big change. But as they say: Never be afraid to try something new, because life gets boring when you stay within the limits of what you already know. In other words, get out of your comfort zone!
